Imrasasi Return & Refund Policy

At Imrasasi, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Perfumes, fragrances, and personal care products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used perfumes and cosmetics.

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at Hello@imrasasi.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you on the return procedure and provide a return authorization.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.

5. Exchange

  • Currently, we offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

  • For exchanges, please contact our Customer Support with your order details and the issue.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
